Good for people and the environment

Corporate social and sustainable responsibility is in our DNA. What started 170 years ago with the production of rush mats and the weaving of coconut and sisal, has grown into what LEOXX is nowadays: a company developing high-quality project floors with sustainable materials and an as low as possible impact on people and environment.

 Reduction footprint

Convinced the amount of CO₂-emission must be lowered, we do everything possible to reduce our ecological footprint. All our floor covering are produced CO₂-neutral, recycled or recyclable. We exclusively work with European producers. This means all of our products have short transport lines, keeping our CO₂-emission and thereby footprint as limited as possible.

Strict environmental norms

Furthermore, our products meet the strict European and international norms in the field of health, safety, energy saving, environment and inner climate. This makes them suitable for project being built conform BREEAM, LEED or WELL. They comply for example with environment norms and labels like EN 14041, GuT, the Blue Angel, M1, Indoor Air Comfort Gold, Émissions dans l’air intérieur A+, REACH, CRI Green Label Plus and FloorScore.

Taking responsibility

As top 5 supplier in the Netherlands we take our responsibility towards the future. We are contributing for instance to the development of circular climate floors. We look for products with a long lifespan and as little maintenance as possible. Furthermore, we invest in sustainable energy projects with the Gold Standard via Climex.
